The Central Bank of Lebanon
Amana Capital SAL is regulated and licensed by The Central Bank of Lebanon (Banque Du Liban/BDL) as a Financial Institution (License number 60). The BDL grants licenses for the establishment of banks, financial institutions, brokerage firms, money dealers, foreign banks, leasing companies and mutual funds in Lebanon. The Banking Control Commission (BCC) monitors and supervises these institutions. The BDL issues circulars and resolutions that govern the relationships of banks and other financial institutions with their customers and regulators.
