Working Schedule: Monday to Friday from 12a.m. to 8 a.m. (Night Shift)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Service officer to join our team and build a career. The Officer will be responsible for providing customer support services for Amana clients, including but not limited to providing information in response to inquiries about products and services, assisting interested clients in opening accounts as well as post accounting opening services

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Answers customer inquiries/communications as required.
  • Handles customer incoming calls to Beirut office.
  • Receives and documents incoming requests from customers and ensures that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
  • Provides customer support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium.
  • Makes daily phone calls with new leads from Lebanon.
  • Serves new and old referrals given by Head of IB's.
  • Maintains call activity reports and provides them to Management on a regular basis.
  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, fulfills customer needs, educates the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and documents interactions through contact tracking.
  • Follows up accounts missing documents to complete real account applications.
  • Notifies administration of any required updates of customer records on the organization’s internal database.
  • Works with the organization’s other offices/units to resolve problems, facilitate solutions and enhance customer service offerings.
  • Provides back-up support to other organization's members in the performance of job duties as required.
  • Continuously evaluates and identifies opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience.
