This role researches, creates, edits, and evaluates written and video content with the goals of increasing awareness of our group and its products & services, attracting web traffic, and supporting brand building & conversion activities. This position will work collaboratively with people across the Marketing and Sales teams to fulfill content requests and launch content through a variety of channels.
- Work with Marketing team members to develop content ideas (e.g. campaigns, blog posts, infographics, video scripts, tutorials, self-service content, etc..)
- Conduct SEO keyword research to guide the targeting of messages and content
- Produce and write content for a variety of messaging channels (e.g. email, social media, ad copy)
- Co-create visual content components with designers
- Works with Sales and Marketing teams to generate, publish and promote the content
- Track and analyze content performance and sales response
- Experiment with new content marketing strategies
- Edit content that is written by other team members and departments
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in communications
- Minimum 3 years in a professional writing or content marketing role, ideally in B2C Forex Brokerage company with financial services products
- Experience working in a CRM and CMS preferred
Skills:
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (including email) preferred
- Highly skilled in strategic communications preferred

Their main objective is to strategically plan and implement successful marketing campaigns that accelerates growth for the demand generation activitiesThis role is tactically focused on managing the marketing automation platform (MAP) and fully leveraging its capabilities.
- Assist in the technical conceptualization of demand creation, nurturing and scoring program strategy throughout the lead lifecycle
- Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
- Idealize and create workflows that fit the purpose of generating new demand across existing and new potential clients
- Develop email, landing pages, lead capture forms and campaigns within the MAP, including templates for use by others within the marketing function

- Strong analytical & excel skills – formulas: logical, statistical, financials, database & pivot table (VLOOKUP, SUM & COUNTIFS, DATA FILTERS etc).

- Responsible for booking treasury transactions in a timely and efficient manner as well as operational activities related to deposits, withdrawals, inter accounts and credits
- Responsible for handling customers’ questions and enquiries
- Understands and applies the work processes related to account opening and customer care
- Prepares periodic reports for the management, such as: promotional bonus satisfaction report, credit report, rebates report, summary report, closed trades reports, total deposits and withdrawals for specific groups

- Calculates Client’s Rebates/ Commissions on monthly basis
- Opens new groups based on signed deals with referrals/IBs and links their agreed on rebates conditions to rebate system
